Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of outbit.in (the "Site"), operated by Mayank Enterprises, Kusai, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002, India ("we", "us"). By using the Site or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

outbit.in is a paid ranking board. You pay to place a listing (a product, brand, creator, film, show or website) on a category board. Listings are ordered by the total amount paid. This is a paid advertising placement, and every listing is shown as a paid ranking. It is not a review, award or endorsement by us.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you pay on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. How ranking works

• Every payment adds to a listing's total. The highest total ranks first; ties go to whoever paid first.
• Each category has a monthly board that resets on the 1st of every month at 00:00 IST, and an all-time board that never resets.
• Your rank can change at any time when others pay. We do not guarantee any rank, duration, traffic, clicks, sales or other result.
• Anyone can pay toward any listing. Payments toward a listing you don't own give you no rights over it.

4. Payments and taxes

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST. The minimum payment is ₹49.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Payments are final except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Totals cannot be transferred between listings, categories or people.

5. Your listing

You are responsible for the name, one-line description and link you submit, and you confirm that:

• you own or are allowed to promote what you list, and the content does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights;
• it is accurate and not misleading;
• it does not promote betting or gambling, adult content, illegal lending or loan apps, scams, weapons, drugs, hate or anything unlawful in India.

Once a listing's first payment is confirmed, its name and description are fixed. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing, name, link and rank on the Site, rank cards, badges and our social media posts about the boards.

6. Removal

We may remove or hide any listing that breaks these terms, receives a valid legal complaint, or that we reasonably consider harmful. Listings removed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate rankings other than by paying, interfere with the Site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam.

8. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you list.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top. Payments made earlier remain governed by the terms in force when they were made.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
