Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mayank Enterprises, Kusai, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002, India ("we") collects and uses personal data on outbit.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• When you claim a rank: your email address, and the listing name, description and link you submit.
• Payment records: amount, date, status and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never receive or store them.
• Usage: the number of clicks on each listing's link, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To publish your listing and rank, process your payment and send you a receipt.
• To email you if someone passes your rank, if you turned that option on. You can turn it off by replying STOP.
• To prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and answer your questions.

Your email address is never shown publicly. Your listing name, description, link, rank and amounts are public by design.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the Site, each bound by its own privacy terms:

• Razorpay (payments)
• Supabase (database)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Resend (alert emails)

We share data with authorities only when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Listings stay public while they are active. Payment records are kept for 8 years to meet tax law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed, or on request where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for alert emails, or nominate someone to act for you. Email mayankent0@gmail.com. We may need to keep payment records that the law requires us to hold.

Children

The Site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access restricted to the services above. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
