Refund & Cancellation Policy

outbit.in sells paid ranking placements. Your payment is added to your listing's total and the rank goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed, so the service is delivered immediately.

Cancellations

Once a payment is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. You can close the payment window at any point before paying and nothing is charged.

When payments are final

• Someone else pays more and your rank drops.
• The monthly board resets on the 1st. Your all-time total is kept.
• You change your mind after paying.
• Your listing is removed for breaking our Terms of Service.

When we refund in full

• You were charged more than once for the same payment.
• Money left your account but no payment shows on your listing within 24 hours.
• We remove a listing for a reason that is not your fault, within 7 days of your payment.

How to ask for a refund

Email mayankent0@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with "pay_" and is in your receipt) and the listing name. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If a payment fails and money is deducted, Razorpay or your bank normally returns it automatically within 5–7 business days.
